The Great Relationship Debate:
Sex vs. Emotion

It happened: the ultimate smackdown!! 🥊💥

The Great Debate - Sex vs. Emotions.

Watch it at the link below.

Hey, I’m Lisa, AKA,
Captain SEX!

I’m an eternal optimist, a motivator, a disrupter, a proud mom of 3, a coach, sister, daughter, friend, and the outspoken, creative, rebel half of The Relationship Coaches. My adventurous spirit has taken me from a remote village in the Philippines, to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro, to wrangling on a dude ranch, and now, stepping into the relationship ring to battle it out for Team Sex in The Great Debate. Everywhere I go, the common thread of joy is the people I connect with along the way.

Physical intimacy is my jam and I’m always here with a toolbox full of ways to turn up the heat on your sex life (whether it’s in the bedroom, the backseat of the car, or wherever the passionate moment takes you!).

Hey, I’m Lindsay, AKA, Captain EMOTION!

I’m a Canadian girl, a native Calgarian, a recovering accountant, lover of people, coach to many, mama of three, partner to an amazing man, a daughter, sister, bad-ass business lady, and the friend who can bust out a killer charcuterie board anytime and anywhere. I’m the loyal, thought-provoking lover in The Relationship Coaches partnership, and I’m ready to bring the heat in the ring to represent Team Emotion in The Great Debate.

I’m a firm believer in emotional intimacy and communication in every relationship and I’m always locked and loaded with an arsenal of emotional intimacy hacks and prompts to help you deepen your connection (and have more fun, hilarious, honest conversations!).
